A logic puzzle game of small themed mysteries. You place a cast of characters on a map, one per row and column, using a few clear clues. When the grid is solved, the story ends with a reveal.

Each case gives you a small cast and a map split into rooms, corners or garden beds. Place every character so there is exactly one in each row and each column, and follow the clues. Tap a clue to light up the squares it allows. When the last piece fits, you get the reveal.

No. Before a case ships, a solver checks that only one arrangement fits every clue. If you reason correctly you'll always land on the one answer, and you never have to flip a coin.

They range from a 4×4 tutorial to Easy (5×5), Medium (6×6), Hard and Expert (7×7). An Easy case takes a few minutes and a Hard one takes about 15 to 20. Every case can be solved by logic with no guessing.

Ask for a hint. Hints are free and unlimited, and they read your own board. They come in three steps: which clue to look at, why it rules squares out, and finally the answer for one square. Hints never cost credits and don't lock anything.

Beside always means sharing an edge: directly above, below, left or right, never diagonal. Every clue word has one fixed meaning, and the glossary behind the ? on every board lists them all.

Three at launch. Ashcombe Manor is a wry, never gory whodunit. The Cat Café is small crimes and big personalities. Gardoku is trouble in a walled garden. All three play by the same fair rules.

Every Monday at 09:00 UTC, and the current week's case is always free. Older cases are later bundled into Archive packs. You can turn on a reminder in the app if you like. There are no streaks and no guilt if you miss a week.

Five cases in one world, usually running from Easy to Hard. One credit unlocks a pack, and it's yours for good.

Yes, it's free to download. You get the tutorial, 20+ free cases across the three worlds and a new free case every Monday. Extra packs of 5 cases are unlocked with credits, which are optional.

One credit unlocks one pack of 5 cases. You can buy 1 credit ($0.99), 5 ($2.99) or 10 ($4.99). US prices shown; your store shows the price in your currency. Unlocking a pack you already own never costs anything.

No. Credits never expire. They can't be cashed out or transferred.

Purchases go through Apple or Google, so they handle refunds. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use your Google Play order history. The steps are on the support page.

If a purchase went through but didn't arrive in the app, contact us first with your support code and we'll fix it.

No. There is no login. The app gives you an anonymous ID so your purchases are tied to you, not to an email address.

Install Dokuverse on the new phone while it's signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used before. Your credits and unlocked packs come back with that account. If anything is missing, tap Settings → Restore purchases. If that still doesn't work, contact support with your support code.

It's a short code like DKV-XXXX-XXXX that identifies your purchases without any personal details. Find it in the app under Settings → Support code and tap to copy it. Include it when you contact us.

No. As long as the phone is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account, your credits and unlocked packs come back with it. If anything is missing, tap Settings → Restore purchases.

Yes. The tutorial, the free cases and packs you've unlocked are on your phone and play without a connection. You need a connection to download the new Monday case, to buy credits and to unlock a pack.

As little as we can: an anonymous ID, your purchase records (via Apple, Google and our payment processor RevenueCat), crash reports and basic usage stats to improve the game. No name, no email unless you write to us, and no advertising tracking. See the privacy policy for details.

The mysteries are cozy: no gore, no ads and no chat or social features. The Murder world deals with a whodunit in a light, storybook way. Check the age rating on the store listing. Purchases follow your device's parental controls (Ask to Buy on iPhone, Family Link on Android).
