How a case works

Three steps, a few minutes, one satisfying click at the end.

  1. Step 1: Place the cast.

    Put each character on the map, one in every row and one in every column.

  2. Step 2: Follow the clues.

    Tap a clue to light up the squares it allows. "Beside" always means sharing an edge, never a diagonal.

  3. Step 3: Get the reveal.

    When the last piece fits, the story resolves: who was alone with Lord Wren, or which cat knocked over the teacup.

A new, hand-approved case drops every Monday at 09:00 UTC, free for everyone. Turn on a reminder in the app if you like. There are no streaks and no guilt if you miss a week.

Is it free?

Yes, it's free to download. You get the tutorial, 20+ free cases across the three worlds and a new free case every Monday. Extra packs of 5 cases are unlocked with credits, which are optional.

Will I ever have to guess?

No. Before a case ships, a solver checks that only one arrangement fits every clue. If you reason correctly you'll always land on the one answer, and you never have to flip a coin.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no login. The app gives you an anonymous ID so your purchases are tied to you, not to an email address.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire. They can't be cashed out or transferred.

When does it launch, and on which platforms?

Monday 23 November 2026, on iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play). It's built for phones.
